Baby Snuggles
We moved Presley to the crib in her room pretty early (around 4 weeks, I think?). I just couldn't sleep with all her noises and felt I was responding to her when she didn't actually need me. She's been a pretty decent little sleeper from the start (though inconsistent at times). It's important to me that she sleeps in her crib and knows it is her "sleepytime" place. But, every so often, she will fall asleep on me. And instead of putting her down ever so gently in her crib, I snuggle in...inhale her sweet baby goodness...and enjoy every single precious moment.

Who can resist the baby snuggles? PJ is 4 weeks today I have considered moving her from our room to her crib at night. She sleeps very well in it during the day and I think I respond to every little sound she makes when she is in our room.
Ah, baby smell is the best... and those limp sleeping limbs just wrapped around you. LOVE it.
While burping Hadley after bedtime feed she often passes out on my shoulder.. I am so guilty of rocking for an additional 15-30 minutes just to snuggle her.
I adore the snuggles. Totally messed up our napping, but oh, how I love that sleepy baby feel!
I hear ya on snuggling in with them when they fall asleep in our arms. Enjoy it. I am savoring it so much this time around.
