Friday Night Leftovers

  • Remember last week when I was saying how I'd never been pooped on? Memory block! I have...and it was out in public.
  • Last weekend we took advantage of the advance voting polls. Samara was beyond excited. Until she realized we were "voting" and not "boating" like she thought.
  • I took Presley to The Great Cloth Diaper Change. It was an attempt at the Guinness World Records for the most cloth diapers changed at one time. I actually haven't heard if it was successful or not. Anyone know? Anyone else participate?
  • The van had to get some repairs done this week. $800. UGH. $800 is a lot for anyone...but especially for a family on one income.
  • I have a few friends that are pregnant right now. It makes me miss being pregnant. NO, that does not mean we're going to have another baby. I just miss having a cute belly and feeling the baby move and kick. I have clearly forgotten all the other not so pleasant symptoms!
  • Hungry for more leftovers? Go here!

Hate vehicle repairs.

Yes, that is a hefty bill for repairs. Yikes.

I have had every bodily fluid on me at one point or another.

Awe, I laughed at the voting/boating thing.

I am so thankful that Sean is able to do most of our vehicle repairs. It can still be pricey, but we don't have to pay for labor!

I love being pregnant! I'd stay pregnant, if Sean would let me!

Car repairs stink. We had one on each car in the same week, and then wondered why a few weeks later we had no money...here's hoping that's it for everyone for a while!

You jinxed yourself by saying you'd never been pooped on. LOL

I'm going to be totally annoying. I'm going to comment on something that has nothing to do with this blog entry. I'm completely and utterly pouting today. I'm very sad to be missing Sam's 2nd birthday party. I didn't get to see her once in her 1st-2nd year :(

I hope she has a fabulous day!! We loves her very much.

PS Sammy: Poppy did get to see you this year :)

I love the boating instead of voting. Kids are awesome.

I frequently find myself missing pregnancy. Then, I remember the daily vomiting.
