Well, it snowed all weekend but my mind is still turning to spring cleaning. Do you look forward to clearing away the winter clutter like I do? No? Just me?!
On my "to do" list is cleaning the windows inside and out, sorting and organizing our "junk" areas (a drawer in the kitchen and a cupboard above the computer nook), scrubbing baseboards and doors and going through closets for donation items (things that haven't been worn in a year). I sterilize doorknobs and light switches and steam clean the carpets on a quarterly basis (and as needed) as it is but I'll probably time that around then so that everything is fresh. The van could use a vacuuming as well.
Now to find time to get all that done!

Not just you! lol. I can't wait to clean up the yards (if we ever get rid of all the snow) and do some painting in the house...oh and decluttering, washing windows, reorganizing the bookshelves... Good luck with your spring cleaning!
I have been spring cleaning for weeks-sorting through alot of things but not probably as quickly as you.seems a few years ago my attitude to cleaning changed

I looove spring cleaning. I did the spring clean of my FB friends last week and got rid of about 45 ppl, and as we speak I'm taking a quick break from mopping the floors. Our windows desperatly need to be done, too.. I do HATE that job though!
I love spring cleaning. I just don't know when I'm going to get to it!
I love to do everything. I start up top and work my way down. I take curtains off and wash them. Wash windows, dust blinds, clean windowsills. I was the shower curtain liner and curtain. Doorknobs, ceiling fans, doors/walls/baseboards, and then the usual stuff. I also like to declutter clothes, stuff, etc.
If I do a bit everyday, which annoys me not to get a room done, but I guess do what I can when I can. These kiddos keep me too busy ;-)
I've been working on lots of decluttering and getting the outside of our house ready. My windows need desperate help though.
