Fitness Goals for 2012 - Review

I made these goals at the beginning of the year.

- run 10km once a week
Yes. 

- run 5km under 25:00 minutes
Yes.

- get more ripped arms and shoulders
Yes.

- do 100 pushups without breaking (regular, not women's kind)
Yes.

- enter and complete a running race
Yes.
