And on the 11th day...

I fell.  Quite spectacularly.  I fell off my "no sugar" wagon.  And I loved every single minute of it.  I promise to never ever ever ever EVER break up with sugar again.  I love it too much!!  I hope to eat it in moderation.  But, if not, c'est la vie.  I work out crazy hard, I'm in good shape and if I want to ruin it all by gorging myself on chocolate, I guess that's up to me!

Have you ever given up something you loved just to see if you could do it?  Were you successful?

I was wondering why the sugar thing was something you were doing. I don't think you need to worry about your diet. Enjoy life. That is why I work out. ...so I can relax about what I eat. Do you have fitness pal app?

NO, I could never totally give up sugar because I just love it so much! BUT, I have found that it really triggers my migraines and life without head pain is wonderful so I've worked hard to find sneaky ways to have sweets too!
